The Wheel Gauging System R 2010 was developed or measuring geometrical characteristics on truck-, bus wheels. Mechanics, electrics and software are modular designed and can be simply configured according to the customers specification and measuring tasks. The developement of the gauging system is ongoing continuously by integration of the newest technical expertises (IT- technologies, optics, laser, microtechnologies,...). With the integration of IEF linearmoduls, using innovative drive technology, we achieve shortest cycle times with highest precision and repeatability accuracies. The changeover time to another wheel size is minimized using a full automatic tuning. The calibration of the gauging system takes place automatically with a calibration master.
