Xiros® polymer ball bearings are the new generation of plastic ball bearings that have found their way into many industrial applications. With Xirodur® A500 inner and outer rings, the bearings' lifetimes have been significantly increased up to level 5. Manufactured with robust polymeric material, these bearings can withstand high working temperatures up to +150°C. Xiros® bearings are lightweight, electrically-insulated, non-magnetic and exceptionally resistant to corrosion and wear. Bearings do not require any lubrication, eliminating the possibility of contamination and are thus maintenance-free. With FDA-compliant cages and inner/outer rings, these bearings are suitable for medicine, textile, chemical and plant construction sectors.
