The colloid mill MK 2000 enables wet and fine milling of tough and grainy raw materials. The colloid mill MK 2000 is particularly suitable for the production of fine emulsions and suspensions up to the 1-micron-range. The colloid mill MK 2000 consists of 2 cones that are furnished with melt flow-ways at their surface. Because of the adjustable gap between the rotor and stator of the colloid mill MK 2000, the particle size can be varied. The constant speed parameter and generator geometries allow for an exact scale-up of the colloid mill MK, which is available in 7 sizes.
