The inline laboratory dispersing machine PROCESS-PILOT 2000/4 is a homogenizing and dispersing all-rounder that can very easily be equipped with 8 different modules. The laboratory dispersing machine PROCESS-PILOT is suited for homogenizing, dispersing, suspending, solid-liquid mixing, and wet milling. The design concept of laboratory dispersing machine allows for individual modules to be replaced very quickly and easily. This way the laboratory dispersing machine PROCESS-PILOT can be customized to fit particular procedural demands. Important process parameters of the laboratory dispersing machine PROCESS-PILOT such as circumferential speed, tool and processing chamber geometry are structurally identical to those of the Series 2000 production machines: UTL, DBI, DR, DRS, CMS, MHD, MK and MKO. This allows for the constant shear stress to be reached with all machine sizes and ensures a reliable scale-up.
