Automatic reel IL KWANG METAL FORMING CO LTD

When producing of forming product used coil, that device which is to release the coil for feeding divides into an automatic type and a manual type. The loading capacity is from 0.5 ton up to 20 ton. In case of the automatic type, you can use it with coil car, and it is easier to exchange coil and more convenient than the manual type.

Hydraulic Mandrel Type
It is the most popular uncoiler for the polyurethane sandwich panel making line and roll forming machine line. The mandrel shaft is operated by hydraulic and it has two kinds of inner diameter, Ø508 (20”) and Ø610 (24”). The frame itself has function of detail regulation so that it can adjust a center though after loading coil and it prevents to occur noisy because the mandrel shaft is designed to respond itself to a speed of roll forming machine.

Mandrel Type Un-coiler : Hydraulic Function
Generally it is used for forming coil with narrow width and the mandrel shaft is operated by manual lever. The loading capacity is about 200Kg ~ 3Ton.

Hydraulic Cone and Chuck Type
It is the most popular uncoiler for the sandwich panel making line. The frame itself has function of detail regulation so that it can adjust a center though after loading coil. Expansion of chuck is done by hydraulic.
