It is to form thick coil from 1.6 ~ 3.0mm by roll forming machine to get section steel such as C, Z, U, L purline rail. The feature is the function of automatic width adjustment according to required width and easy change from C to Z and Z to C. Consider that the most important factor which effects the productivity is the time required in changing product type. This is done by the motorized automatic adjustment of the width of products.

Also, this line has the advantage of punching holes coincident with cutting procedure in order to link them easily on the spot and the only thing to do for changing product type is to turn a few rolls¡¯ direction only up to down or down to up.
