The FOODPACK 800 mod. is suitable for sealing different kinds of trays (plastic, aluminium and coupled cardboard) by means of heatsealable/compatible film coming from reel or pre-cut lids.It is also possible to obtain the under vacuum packaging, by using the Vacuum/Gas model (60 m3 vacuum pump).
The machine is completely made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium and is perfectly suitable for working in wet environments.
Cleaning and maintenance operations are easy and extremely fast.
This model is able to carry out approx. 800 cycles per hour by working without vacuum/gas facilities. The usable sealing area is 320x270 mm. and it is possible to use moulds of up 2 impressions, that remarkably increase the output.
The size change is extremely easy and fast.
The version FOODPACK 800 L has the same features as the FP 800 mod., from which it differs mainly in the vacuum pump (100 m3) and in the larger dimensions of the sealing plate (400x300 mm.) that enables the customer to use moulds of up to 4 impressions, thus consequently ncreasing the hourly output.
