IMA S.p.A.
Vials are fed to the machine by a conveyor belt, while caps are continuously fed by a vibratory bowl and chute to the vials, that, being allocated into the star-wheel pockets, pick up the caps by simply passing underneath the chute.
Once the caps have been placed on the vials, these are conveyed to the capping station where they are lifted up and sealed by means of a rotating sealing head.
The capped vials are then conveyed onto the exit belt conveyor.
The machine can reach an output of 9000 pcs/min and is cGMP compliant..
