SENSITIVE ROTO is an automatic high speed rotary labeller suitable for applying self-adhesive labels on different sides of oval, rectangular bottles, vials and cylindrical containers and unusual shaped containers, handling them in pucks.
Completely made of st. st., the labeller can work in-line or as a stand-alone machine depending on the feeding system to be used.
The bottles are fed through the in-feed scroll and transferred to a star-wheel for further transportation; they are kept in position by means of contrast heads and then fed to the labelling station for the application of the first label.
A second labelling head provides for the application of the second label on another side of the bottle.
Output speed up to 300 pcs/min.
