Automatic tube filler for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and foodstuff products.

Output:
CD150: up to 150 tubes/minute CD180: up to 180 tubes/minutefor aluminium, laminate, polythene and polyfoil tubes, depending on product viscosity and filling volume Electrical controls by PLC. Colour touch screen operator interface. CD150: fixed dosing nozzle with tube lifting during filling. CD180: adopting servo motor technology Closing unit for aluminium tubes performing both normal, double and saddle fold fold finishing smooth or knurled. Hot jaws or hot air sealing unit for polythene or laminate and polyfoil tubes. Seal finishing smooth or knurled.
