Semiautomatic tube filler for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and foodstuff products.

Output:
Up to 30 tubes/minute for aluminium, laminate, polythene and polyfoil tubes, depending on product viscosity, filling volume and operator ability in the manual feeding and orientation of the empty tubes.
The dosing unit can be positioned outside the machine frame by turning the hinged support 90° and, using the foot pedal, can fill jars, bottles and various containers.
Closing unit for aluminium tubes performing both normal and double fold – fold finishing smooth or knurled.
Hot jaws or hot air sealing unit for polythene or laminate and polyfoil tubes. Seal finishing smooth or knurled.
