imc CRONOSflex imc Meßsysteme

The imc CRONOSflex is a chassisless modular system, providing an unprecedented degree of flexibility: no mainframe or rack is used - just by clicking a base unit and imc CRONOSflex Modules together, a system is easily built, or reconfigured, exactly as needed.

imc CRONOSflex Base Unit

The base unit contains the heart and soul of the imc CRONOSflex system:

* TCP/IP Ethernet interface for PC connectivity
* Onboard flash and optional hard drive storage
* Real time signal processor imc Online FAMOS
* GPS (for time and/or position information) and external display connectivity
* Stand alone startup and power-failure control logic

In addition, the imc CRONOSflex Base unit contains the synchronous Ethernet interface (EtherCAT) connectivity for imc CRONOSflex Modules, via the imc Click Mechanism connector, and/or standard CAT5 Ethernet cabling.
