For belt grinding, polishing and superfinishing of screw flights and flanges using the single belt with 4-NC axis or two working head configuration with 7-NC axis. The Sigma with 2 working stations is designed for fully automatic belt grinding and polishing in just one clamping without the need to relocate or reindex the work piece. The machine can be designed in individual sizes and configuration depending of the customers work pieces and requirements. Depending on the requirements various features such as a bezel, a wet grinding system or connecting elements for an external dust extractor may be integrated.
