DWN series IMT INTERMATO

The new drilling centers model DWN-22V and VP as well as the model DWN-24V and VP, ail equipped with CNC controlled positioning tilting tab1e/ are made, specifically, for the complète drilling of aluminium wheel of nominal dia. up to 22,5" or 24,5". In the VP version with two working altematively tilting table stations one to the other, loadlng/unloading time is masked so it is unlnfluentlal on the machinîng cycle time. Thls grants great production, output as well as production consistance. The machining unit shifts, altematively from one machining table to the other, while the two machînîng areas are duly separate. This allows the machining of two différent parts, too, if needed.
Both models, the V version as well as the VP ones, can be used in automatic machining cells, as part of "turn key solution". IMT offers fully automatic solutions based on over 20 years expérience ïn the field.
