High precision CNC vertical lathe W24 Mirror

Ever since IMT Intermato has been highly involved in developing new technologies in the machining of aluminium alloy wheels, so this new vertical lathe called "MIRROR" has been designed in order to offer a spécial superfinishing capability, process for wheel front face machining. This superfinishing machining process differs substantially from the already well known diamond finishing machine. In fact the quality of the obtained finished surface allows to obtain a mirror kind effect very close to what today is offered by the chrome plating process. This machine, as well as, ail other IMT machines, can be equipped with automatic loading/unloading System and , as a part of a machining cell, can be supplied "Turn Key".
