Stand alone or in-line medium range granulators for recycling of all plastic products and scraps.Optional tangential rotor housing for efficient size reduction of hollow body blow moulding products.Universal, straight, staggered, guillotine or clamping vedge type rotor options for different applications such as thick walled pipes, extrusion waste purgings, film and fibers, bottles.

Hydraulic jack opening of the hopper and rotor housing is a standart item. Optional components such as integrated sound insulation cabins, conveyor feeds, wet applications for washing/drying recycling lines, dust separators provide flexibility to requirements and cost effectiveness.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Flow channels on the rotor walls directs the regrind material down and eliminates centrifugal accumulation and jamming in this zone. This simple expedient prevents unnecessary rotor-knife geometrical mounting solutions and provides simpler knife mounting and alignment.
- Adjustable rotor and stator (bed) knives provide a constant cutting circle between the knives and the screen which maintains regrind quality as standart.
- Reversible screen placement extends service life.
- All our granulators incorporate design parameters to keep maintenace costs low.
