Induction heaters for bars, blooms, and billets are typically used prior to a forming, rolling or forging operation. Temperature control and consistency from the surface to the core, as well as over the length of the product, is usually a prime requirement.


Bar, Bloom & Billet Heaters:
These heaters use high-efficiency, solid-state Inductotherm power units to supply the electrical energy to the induction heating coil sets.

Standard units are available in frequencies between 60 Hz and 6000 Hz.
