X ray diffraction stress measurement device PRECIX

Called PRECIX, this XRD system is based on an industrial robot six axis from the last generation: the technological performance is to use X-Ray source on a cable carrieres, a sensitive detection component on position and energy, and then a metrology positioning on a robot and do residual stress measurements with polar coordinates. Here, the robot does not maintain the piece, it is the goniometer. The piece on which we are doing measurements is fixed, and does not have any restrictions in size and weight.
