LED drivers for high power LEDs (>1W)
BCR450 is a LED driver ideal for driving high power LEDs in the range of 1W and 3W. In combination with an external transistor, the output current can be adjusted between 85mA - 1A.
The new ILD4xxx switch mode family consists of 4 DC/DC step-down LED drivers, all equipped with overtemperature, overvoltage and overcurrent protection: ILD4035 is a step-down LED driver with an internal power stage for driving LEDs at 350mA, while the ILD4120 can drive currents up to 1200mA with its integrated power stage.
ILD4180 has an integrated power stage for currents up to 1800mA and the ILD4001 is able to drive several Ampere down to 350mA with an external MOSFET. The Infineon LED drivers for general lighting offer very cost effective, small and efficient solutions for driving LEDs all across the different power classes.
