Basics of operation

The QC Qualifier is designed to assist in error-proofing, batch and cycle time counting, and process flow control for the installation of threaded fasteners. The QC Qualifier is an error proofreading system and does not provide torque control or torque monitoring.

The QC100 is designed for non shut-off tools. Its solenoid valve allows to shut-off the air when the cycle is complete, thus providing shut-off control with a non shut-off tool. It can also be used with a QXLH air hose with indicator light to signal the operator when to stop by releasing the throttle.

The QC200 is used for error proofing with shut-off tools. Torque accuracy is dependent upon the capability of the selected pneumatic tool for the application.
