The product can be placed either automatically or manually into the product bucket conveyor and then is loaded into the carton box. The products are loaded from the side manualy by the operator, or automatically from the conveyor belt.

The automatic cartoner is equipped with a "no carton no product" reject unit, which rejects the product outside the guard line of the machine. After loading, the glue is applied on bottom flaps on both sides, These are then closed and sealed automatically.
