ILM Photovoltaic: Inline processing of crystalline solar cells
The Inline Machine Module ILM is used in the photovoltaic industry wherever the transport of substrates during the processing of crystalline solar cells is organized as an inline process, or where separate production steps take more than one second due to the nature of the processing.
Providing the capability for up to 5 parallel processing lines, the ILM offers not just high throughput and productivity but also the security of a redundant processing system.
The following methods for processing crystalline solar cells are supported: laser-fired contacts, SiN ablation and SiO2 ablation, surface modification and laser surface structuring.
