Our standard linear system series Our linear systems have been primarily developed for ease of handling with torque and torsion angle controlled bolts. They guarantee the operator an ergonomic working process since the nutrunner's weight and torque are balanced and the torque is carried over loss-free to the bolt. This makes for clean positioning and contributes significantly to quality assurance. The torsion angle scope ranges from 10 Nm to 1000 Nm and is covered by 7 models. To meet rigorous industrial requirements our linear systems are constructed on the basis of standard components in highly robust, special cast alluminium. Each model comes complete with a tool adapter fixture (Balancer or pneumatic cylinder). In addition the models LE 10 and LE 40 have a tool adapter with a clamping range of 25 mm to 45 mm, thus eliminating additional order numbers. The main components are produced in an unmistakable industrial design, allowing the smallest and the largest unit to merge smoothly with one another. This allows for a uniform image on the shop floor even with units of differing sizes.
