Position-controlled tightening The wide diversity of models in tightening technology which offer solutions to all tasks and demands were a spur for us to match this diversity and create made-to-measure solutions for positioning demands. The systems are fully developed and offer made-to-measure solutions for almost all applications. Functional principles Tightening positions (x- / y- values) of the linear system are collected via encoders. The values of the encoders are electronically analyzed and processed. To meet demands and requirements, varying analysis systems are available. Position control PAS 2000 Just like PAS 1000, PAS 2000 is a compact system which can be put into operation immediately without any particular programming know-how. It is delivered ready for connection so that set up by one of our staff is unnecessary. The picture shows PAS 2000 together with torque arm LE 150 PAS. The torque arm ist not included in the delivery range and needs to be ordered separately.
