The ILT 1000 is a CDRH Class I, desktop laser-welding system capable of
performing a variety of laser applications. The major system components
and capabilities are:
ILT 1000 CDRH Class I enclosure (26" W x 31.5" D x 37" H) with interlocked vertical,
pneumatic front door with viewing window rated for the specific laser wavelength.
Interlocked, hinged side access panels. ILT 1000: X, Y, Z: Three (3) axis 6" x 6" x 6", Aerotech Model PRO115 linear stages with an optional rotary fourth axis. Positional accuracy +/- 8 micron, repeatability +/- 1 micron. Vertical load 40 lbs. (Aerotech Published Specifications).
