BRIDGE CRANE AT 4 CONTROLLED AXIS keeping a painting robot series R2006 with 6 axis equipped with self-learning, as follows:
Axis X - Bridge crane in a tubular steel structure:
The bridge crane can utilize the existing crane ways for a further bridge crane. The carriage position will be fixed by two laser sensors with capacity more than 30
mt. to grant an extreme precision to define the reference “zero” for each work position.
Axis Y – Trasversal carriage in a steel structure
The carriage will be drived on casehardened linear guides
Axis A – Rotation axis around vertical axis
It consists in a roller bearing fifth wheel with a diameter of mm. 1000 on which will be placed the vertical translating carriage
Axis Z – Vertical translation
Made with a slide with wheels on linear guides, ii is equipped with a pneumatic balancing of the transported weight.
