IntelLiDrives Lift-Rotate stages offer precise and independent rotation and vertical translation for light to medium payloads. This stage combines MLVT vertical stage and SRT rotary servo table in a very compact form factor for precision space constrained applications. High dynamic performance is assured by the use brushless servo motor/encoder combination and closed loop servo controls.
