The ITC-5008 transducer is a direct replacement for the hull mounted UQN-1 type of depth sounder transducer for surface-ship applications. A broad, low frequency (12kHz) beamwidth is provided by one array of prestressed lead zirconate titanate elements. Exposed metal is a corrosion resistant nickel-aluminum bronze.
