Chain conveyor for pallet transfer

Intersystems' chain transfer conveyors are constructed of the highest grade materials and are built on state-of-the-art equipment. All side frames as well as any surfaces that may see human contact are precision laser cut. This also saves time and cost by eliminating secondary finishing operations. Materials used are of a higher grade than mill run structural members, resulting in higher tensile strength.

This system is used in various applications:
When conveying pallets perpendicular to running boards (the hard way)
To make 90 degree right angle transfers
To distribute pallets down multiple lanes of accumulation


Frame construction of 7 gauge carbon steel
2 or 3 strands of RC 80 chain standard,
other chains available
Air bag or air cylinder actuation
Fully integrated into CDLR (or other style)
conveyor framework
Stainless steel construction available
