Hydraulic punching machine INTESO S3 with fully automatic feed by linear motor and CNC control is designed for deformation-free punching of tubes and profiles of various cross section up to 7 000 mm in length. This equipment is capable of punching low quality tubes with regular or irregular pitch.

Machine operates with very high precision. Maximum capacity is 75 strokes/min includes moving the tube into next punching position. The entire technological process is controlled automatically. The punching program, derived from technical drawings, is programmed by the operator directly on the control panel. Simple modification of individual programs is of great benefit. The machine is equipped with electronic length control of fed tubes. In case of malfunction the machine generates and error message, which is displayed on the control panel screen. Individual punching components are exchanged quickly and easily to fit a tube cross section. This machine punches open profiles as well.

This model is especially suitable for long and heavy tubes in large scale and mass production.
