Hydraulic punching machine INTESO S1 with manual feed is designed for deformation-free punching of tubes and profiles of various cross section up to 4000 mm in length. This equipment is capable of punching low quality tubes with regular or irregular pitch.

Openings are punched without deformation due to a pneumatically expanding mandrel and a tube centring system. The mandrel enables the tube to shift easily and ensures high-quality punching. Certain parts of the punching unit can be exchanged to accommodate changes in pitch, shape of punched opening or tube cross section. This is a multi-purpose machine due to its simple modification and variability. Individual punching components are exchanged quickly and easily to fit a tube cross section. This machine punches open profiles as well.

This model is suitable for medium and large volume production.
