Punching equipment INTESO Z without own punching drive is designed for deformation-free punching of tubes and profiles of various cross section up to 4000 mm in length. This equipment is capable of punching low quality tubes with regular or irregular pitch.

Openings are punched without deformation due to a four-column punching unit, pneumatically expanding mandrel and a tube centring system. Certain parts of the punching unit can be exchanged to accommodate changes in pitch, shape of punched opening or tube cross section. This is a multi-purpose equipment due to its simple modification. Individual punching components are exchanged quickly and easily to fit a tube cross section – model Z4.

Equipment INTESO Z can be supplied in a simplified, cost-effective version Z3, together with a four-column punching unit but excluding a pneumatically expanding mandrel. A low-cost version Z2 comes equipped with a simple C-shaped punching unit. Other possible versions are offered according to customer specification. This equipment punches open profiles as well.

This model is suitable for short-run production. The equipment is mounted under customer’s press.
