Description

All our ISC Check Valves are ideal for liquids and gas, they are molded without the typical parting line that is normally present in an injection mold, which permits to avoid flash and marks. The valves are mounted and sealed by ultrasound which gives a perfectly sealed and leaking-proof part.

The working ranges are:
Diaphragm opening pressure : 0,5 psi (0,0345 BAR)
Diaphragm closing pressure : 1,9 psi (0,131 BAR)
Maximum working pressure* : 50 psi (3,447 BAR)
(*if the valve has to resist higher pressure we suggest you to make some tests).

Duckbill valves are mounted with a silicone (diaphragm) continuous flow, instead of free float mounted on our valves MVA, MVARD and MVARL. Its design allows a smaller diameter body, as well as a more specific range of functioning. Designed especially for use at low pressures, the MVUZ-MVUZZ-MVUZY valves are extremely sensitive to fluctuations of pressures or flows.

Our current check valve line consists of standard check valves, reducing check valves, enlarging check valves (all of them are available in any combination of 3,18mm (1/8”), 4,77mm (3/16”), 6,35mm (1/4”), or 9,53mm (3/8”) barbs, or threaded check valves, luer check valves, and Duckbill check valves.
