The AFT series motors are built entirely with G20 cast iron and are particularly suitable for demanding
uses that require maximum reliability. Final impregnation with hot-polymerised paints gives the unit
a high degree of insulation and excellent mechanical strength, thus extending the motor's service
life. The motors are built with materials that comply with insulation class F (H on request) with a
class B maximum overtemperature. This means that the motors can withstand an overload for
extended periods. The series offers degree of protection IP55.
