For products such as potato crisps and corn snacks which, owing to their shape, tend to float when falling through air, this fully integrated, single-manufacturer solution gives maximum speed while minimising packing line 'footprint'. The result is optimum return on floorspace.

It comprises a high-speed CCW-R Multihead weigher feeding twin Atlas 112 compact bagmakers, each having downstream a TSC-R Seal Tester and a DACS-Z Checkweigher.

It is operated via a single touchscreen for simpler control and faster changeovers. Further equipment that can be fully integrated includes X-ray inspection systems, metal detectors and printing facilities.
