Ishida Portion & Pack is a complete tray-filling sub-system that takes product from your portioning system and delivers it in trays to your traysealer at up to 100 packs per minute. It includes an Ishida Tray Denester and an Automatic Tray Buffer.

Designed for products such as minced beef or ground lamb, Portion & Pack avoids the need for manual handling of the product, is easy to clean and requires little maintenance.

An integrated alarm notifies operators of any missing trays or portions.
