The Isomatic weld heads can be operated either by foot pedal or by an air cylinder. They will deliver forces from 0,5N up180N and are of a low inertia design, all parts except the electrode assembly being isolated from the air cylinder.
The electrode assembly is held in its mechanically isolated position by two high tensile leaf springs and adjustment to counteract the weight of the weld head is incorporated in the design.
Three force springs are provided with the SH Series Weld Heads, allowing the user to select weld forces of between 0·5N and 180N.
