Low cost, mass production of aspheric lens is possible with our hot press fabrication process.
Aspheric surface which is difficult to generate by conventional grind/ polish methods can be made by pressing softened glass into a die. This method is suited to fabricate many lenses with same quality, has a design flexibility and is inexpensive compared to other mechanical processes.
We can also make larger diameter aspheric lenses. Isuzu Glass will manufacture the toolings based on your drawings and the formula, then produce the aspheric lens.
