The machine can take cutters with a maximum diameter of up to 300 mm, which means you can work with frames, of recent design, having thickness of about 130/140 mm, suitable for restored frames or for upgrading doors or exterior doors.
The PA.8F cleans frames with a maximum height of 200 mm and a minimum of 35 mm.
The cutter unit is selected with the relevant pneumatic controls located on the control panel.
As with alle the tools of the machine, even the operation of the cutter trolley can be deactivated, independently of the other functions, or it can be activated at the same time as functions are deactivated.
The depth of cut can be adjust ed through the corresponding mechanical scanning probe.
The cleaning of the upper and lower weld beads can be done with a system which beads can be done with a system which automatically levels itself on the surfaces of the frame.
Furthermore, every unit is independent with respect to the other: this is useful for special work, such as two-colour frames, where it is possible to deactivate the tool required.
Woodgrain films the machine also cleans frames that are covered with a film of imitation wood.
