The I.4F is an electro-pneumatic milling machinewith a vertical axis, fitted with a revolving head, equipped with four cutter-holding shafts.
This model allows you to fit four different cutting units with the relevant stops, and to use each time the required unit simply by turning the cutter-support head.
It is also supplied with orienting gripper to obtain cutting at 45° or intermediate angles.
The wide range of extra fittings allows very quick changes in working, saving time wastage caused by errors in setting up, by avoiding disassembly and assembly, with considerable increase in productivity.
Operating characteristics
- Fixing the frame, the progression and lubrication of the cutters are completely automatic.
- The rotation of the cutter-support heads is semi-automatic.
- The length of work travel is adjustable, and allows milling even of large size frames.
- The machine is set up to easily take cutters, already fitted on sleeve, to cut PVC and aluminium frames.
- The cutters are supplied separately on request by the client.
