The machine was designed to be extremely versatile and flexible, special slip channels for the bearings.Precise 90° welding is guaranteed by special dowels for the bearings.
It has fully automatic electro-pneumatic functions, with adjustable welding bead limiters.
They limit the bead no matter what degree angle is being welded.
An ultra rapid system for fitting the counter-profiles, separate locking for each profile, electronic temperature control for welding plate.
The welding plate can be cleaned by operating a selection switch that takes the plate into a position where it is easy to clean on both sides, with no need for the operator to remove the machine guards and be exposed to burns and knonks.
It is supplied standard with for variable angles.
The base bearings are set for counter-profiles, slotted and drilled, complete with dowels and gauge pins.
