Milling machine for discharging water on PVC profiles with 4 elec tronically controlled tool heads.
All four perforating units can be indi vidually tilted to reach the position of large size profiles.
Each milling assembly can be pre adjusted thanks to a direct control flywheel featuring a digital quota display, and 6/12 mechanical carousel memories which allow the milling depth to be set in advance.
The two upper heads are equipped with a mechanical device to ease positioning the slant angle.
The milling machine is designed to allow fast and frequent profile changes in the least possible time.
Every movement is managed by dedicated software and achieved thanks to a pneumatic circuit.
