Skin-wrapping means to join an object strongly to a cardboard through a plastic film. This one, heated and "softened" by a radiating panel, will stick to the cardboard by means of a vacuum process and perfectly outline the shapes of the objects.
The Magic-skin5070 wrapper is an automatic system that grants to have higher performances and remarkable outputs.
-Items are positioned by hand onto the cardboard and they are translated towards the middle of a grid wrapping plate
-Automatic heating of the film (perfectly stalled in a proper frame) by a radiating panel with infra-red lamps
-Automatic closing of the frame from the heating to the wrapping position
-Automatic connection and disconnection of the vacuum pump
-Automatic cutting of the film at the end of any cycle
-Manual opening of the frame (at the end of the vacuum cycle) and subsequent translation of the skin-packed cardboard onto the hinged plate to allow the discharge of the cardboards (thanks to its gradient)
-Heating-time and vacuum process programmable+
-Possibility of manual performance of the above mentioned operations
