Semi-automatic vertical bagger ITALDIBIPACK

The simplest, the most unexpensive and the most competitive bagging machine to solve the various requirements of modern mailing successfully. Half-automatic and easy to use, completely controlled by an electronic board: the only thing the operator has to do is simply to feed products vertically into the metal “throat of a shirt“ in fact the machine itself will automatically take care of the rest. After the bag width is adjusted through the metal “throat“ to fit the product width, a photo-eye senses the top and the bottom of the product and switches on the plastic film-unwinding device. A bag is formed around the product by the adjustable width folding plates. The bag is then sealed and cut to the product length. Ideal for wrapping newspapers and magazines, catalogues and wholesale publications, manuals and any commercial printed materials, booklets etc An alternative and cheaper way to send your mail out.
