1) overhead tunnels coupled to a chain conveyor, to be fitted to the different rooms
2) closed chamber drying plants, often fitted immediately below the roof to use at the best the vertical space of the building.
The overhead tunnel drier supplies the additional ventilation and heat to dry the leather in the required times, allowing to compensate the thermoigrometrical variations caused by the seasons.
The closed chamber drying plant allows a perfect repeatability of the drying cycle independently from all other conditions, representing therefore the safest way to get the desired result.
Both systems are assisted by a software allowing the reduction of energy consumption, and, according to the requirements, the suitability to the different kind of leather and skins (management of lots).
