Italvacuum Rotary Double-Cone cGMP Dryers, are configured to dry wet powders coming from a liquid/solid separation (filtration or centrifugation). The rotary double-conical chamber confers to the product a continuous and extremely delicate revolution through its angle of slide. This permits also the product-treating with amorphous or crystalline structures with weak bonds. The adjustable rotation speed of the chamber permits the product agitation from delicate to moderate. To obtain the fast and total discharge of any product, the Italvacuum patented DISCHARGE SYSTEM is available. The System, assembled to the discharge side of the Dryer, is equipped with two rotary blades with a profile that removes and extracts the dried products. The System has been designed and manufactured considering the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) norms, especially concerning total and perfect cleaning.
