Italvacuum revolutionary CRIOX, the High Vacuum Drying/Powdering system, is capable of totally extracting water and other solvents from wet powders coming from a liquid/solid separation (filtration or centrifugation), whether they are intermediate products, fine chemicals, finished produtcs even thermo-sensitive, delicate, more or less fine, degradable, photosensitive, sterile, injectables, active ingredients or chemically reactive.
The Dryer consists of a double-cone chamber in which operate one or two Lump Breaker units that, rotating at an adjustable speed, first break up lumps then, while drying goes on, make the product more homogeneous and uniform.
