Principle :
Introduction of the material into a large hopper
Gravity feed into a variable speed rotary screen
The rotating screen is partitioned into 5 receiving spouts which eliminate dusts, steel scraps, sort small balls from 12 to 40 mm diameter grain size
The large size balls (over 40 mm) are then automatically sorted in 6 different classes using 2 divergent rollers rotating in opposite direction and at different speeds
At the same time, the remaining broken grinding balls are eliminated in a specific spout
