We propose in complement our solutions of automatic palletization of the systems of banderolage which we manufacture or integrate. Classically, once the pallet completed at exit of palletizer, it is transferred on one or plusior (S) conveyer (S) towards the station from banderolage. More exceptionally, palletization and the banderolage are combined for applications to low rate.

The most universal principle, the banderoleuse one with revolving plate for stretchable film, that we present to you below, represents large market. For more raised rates or problems of stability of the palletized loads, we can propose the banderoleuses ones with rotating arm even of the systems with heat-retractable cover. Our head of banderolage is equipped with two motorized rollers making it possible to carry out a front predrawing poses. Each engine of roller is controlled by its own variator of frequency to increase or decrease the rate of predrawing. The tension of film is controlled by means of strain gauges with electronic circuit increasing reliability thanks to the reduction of the parts moving. A care very particular to summer carried when designing head to facilitate the installation of film.
