The high pressure water jet deburring (HPWD) is a hybrid system that permits to deburr and clean the parts inside a single machine at the same time. The technology guarantees removing of the chips from blind ohles, pockets,angles, internal and external surface of the pieces.
This advanced technology is used in case of complex metal parts that required a high level of precision and elevate cleanliness standards. It permits to treat pieces of different shapes and materials in order to satisfy even important production mix with large capacity.
The center can operate at the pressure up to 1100 bar, depending on the pieces’ material.
